1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase required.


3. How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 3–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).


4. How long does shipping take?

After processing, shipping usually takes 5–6 business days.
Estimated total delivery time is 8–10 business days.


5. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.


6. What is your return policy?

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

7. When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.


8. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.


9. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
