  • Korvani Glassware & Kitchen ships exclusively within the United States.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States will not be processed or fulfilled.


2. SHIPPING COSTS

  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States.

  • No additional handling, packaging, or shipping fees will be charged.


3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 3–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, secure packaging, and preparation for shipment.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.


4. SHIPPING TIME

  • After processing, orders are shipped and delivered within 5–6 business days.

  • Estimated total delivery time is 8–10 business days (processing + shipping).

  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.


5. SHIPPING CARRIERS

  • We work with reliable domestic carriers within the United States to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • The shipping carrier is selected based on your location and the size/weight of your order.


6. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

  • You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


7. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Korvani Glassware & Kitchen is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Orders returned due to address issues may require additional processing time.

  • While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (carrier delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, or peak holiday seasons).

  • Korvani Glassware & Kitchen is not liable for shipping delays caused by external factors.


9. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in working with the carrier.
